We currently serve the New York City including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Northern New Jersey and Southern Connecticut areas. Our service areas generally include the neighborhoods located within the 20-mile radius from Manhattan in any direction.
If your delivery or pickup is going to be outside of our service area but still within a 40-mile radius from Manhattan, we will be able to go the extra distance for an additional fee of $95.
No. A delivery and pick up to detached single-family houses and elevator buildings is included. For buildings without elevators, a ground floor lobby or hallway delivery and pickup are included. If your building has no elevator and you would like us to deliver to or pickup the boxes inside your unit, there is an additional charge of $19.
One dolly and zip ties are included. Other packing materials are available on our supplies page.
We accept major credit and debit cards. A full payment has to be made before the delivery of your boxes.
As long as we have the inventory and time, we do. However, a charge of up to 50% will apply.

No, as long as you have provided complete and accurate information while placing your order. The prices are final and will not change. Being honest and transparent in regards to our pricing is our company philosophy.
As long as you cancel the delivery within 96 hours, you can receive a full refund.
First, you place your order and select a delivery date and a delivery time window. Then, our representative will call you a day before your delivery day to narrow down your delivery time window. Having moved, simply let us know that you are done with your boxes so that we can pick up the empty boxes from you. You have to be present during the delivery and pickup.
Yes. We have two time slots per day – mornings and afternoons:
9 am – 2 pm
3 pm – 8 pm
Our representative will call you a day before your delivery day to narrow down your delivery time window.
Yes. You can extend your rental time in weekly increments either during placing your order or by contacting us four days before your original pickup date. If you don’t return the boxes after the agreed pickup date, we will charge you for the full cost of the boxes.
No problem. Simply notify us in advance and we will pick the boxes up early. However, we don’t prorate nor offer refunds in such cases.
Just place another order online. We will consolidate the pickup date so that both orders can be picked up at the same time.
Having been cleaned with soap and compressed air, all our boxes get disinfected thoroughly after each use so that they arrive clean and in great condition.
A sure thing. You may be able to save some money in case you are paying an hourly rate since your movers will not have to spend time building cardboard boxes.

When you use our green boxes, you do not have to waste your time shopping around, buying, assembling and eventually discarding the cardboard boxes; you don’t have to waste your money to purchase cardboard boxes and tapes and then take it all to a landfill. Instead, call us and you will be glad you did. The Mother Earth will thank you too.
